Agreement
By adding Funaria ("the bot") to a Discord server, or by using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the bot. These terms apply alongside Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which always take priority.
Who can use it
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement to use Discord at all, and by extension to use Funaria. Server owners and admins are responsible for deciding whether the bot is appropriate for their community.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Funaria to:
- Break Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the bot or the servers it runs on.
- Reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse bugs in the bot instead of reporting them.
- Use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
We can restrict or block access for a server or user that breaks these terms, without notice.
Availability
Funaria is provided as-is. We aim to keep it online and responsive, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, Discord outages, or issues outside our control can cause downtime.
Changes to the bot
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We'll try to avoid breaking changes where practical, but can't promise every feature will remain exactly as it is today.
Limitation of liability
Funaria is offered free of charge and without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot.
Termination
You can remove Funaria from your server at any time. We can also stop offering the bot, or your access to it, at our discretion — for example if these terms are violated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Funaria after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be announced in the support server.
